cephalic — refers to the head
colonoscopy — colon, large intestine or colon, scopy, meaning to visually inspect
encephalopathy — loosely applied here, infering brain tissue atrophy (dies, degenerates, shrinks) as in blood starved as from a stroke
frontal lobe of brain — the part of the cerebral brain tissue that gives us logic, emotion, reason, personality, etc…
snivelits — irritating dwarf-like humanoids with little outstretched flipper arms and reptilian eyes that scurry about while squealing in their high pitched voices….obama…….obama…….obama
